How to Use the Hide Me Please App (For NFT Holders)

This guide explains how to redeem benefits within the Hide Me Please app if you are an NFT holder.

1. Visit a partner store in person (benefits can only be redeemed on-site). Once there, select the NFT associated with the benefit you want to redeem, then tap the “Benefits” button.

1. From the list of partner locations, select the venue where you wish to redeem your benefit.

1. A list of available benefits will appear for the selected venue. Press and hold “Long press to use benefits” at the bottom of the screen.

If the “Long press to use benefits” option is not responsive, it may be due to your GPS location not being updated. In this case, restart the app to refresh GPS data, and you should then be able to redeem the benefit.

1. Show the benefit redemption screen to a staff member at the location. Once they press the “Employee confirmation” button, the benefit redemption will be complete, and you will receive the benefit from the store.
